All Stainless SteelALTA exhaust systems are made entirely of 304 stainless steel, inside and out. 304SS provides high corrosion resistance, and is excellent for extreme heat up to 1800 degrees. Other manufactures and OEMs, will use cheaper 409 stainless steel which will rust and corrode over time but the added expense of 304 stainless steel is well worth the beautiful and long lasting high polish, and durability. |

3" TubingOur system features a full 3" exhaust tubing from the engine to the rear of the car. The 3" splits into (2) 2.25" pipes that continue to each muffler. |

Straight Through MufflersALTA Performance Clubman mufflers have a true 2.25" internal diameter, matching the exhaust system size for uninterrupted exhaust flow. |

Dual Slash Cut TipsTwin over-sized slash cut exhaust tips keep that OEM styling while adding an aggressive look at the same time. The tips are a high polished, dual-wall construction to add a more refined look and to ensure the tips do not dis-color with extreme heat. |

V-band ClampsThe ALTA performance exhaust features high tech v-band clamps for a perfect exhaust connection. V-band clamps are designed to hold hundreds of pounds of pressure and do so without the need for a gasket! This connection allows for a precise repeatable joint with the ability to rotate each joining connection. This allows for easy installation, and alignment adjustments for a perfect fit every time. |

PowerInitial testing found great solid gains of 10 Wheel HP and 10 ft-lbs of torque. Your turbo will spool quicker providing roughly 200RPM quicker spool. This quicker spool means more low end power! |

Cooper S Catback TestThis test was done on our 07 MCS when it was in stock form(similar results will be found on Clubman Models). These tests prove that the ALTA 3" catback makes 10WHP and 10ft-lbs of TQ over the OEM part. With roughly 1 hour of install time, you can add some cool sounds and power to your MCS. |
